     My leadership and management approach are a hybrid servant-transformational-coach.  Every company, department, and team are just like every person; they have their own unique identity with their own strengths and weaknesses.  I have been put in many situations requiring the use of every leadership and management style based on the situation, organization or team.  I excel in pressure situations and enjoy the challenge of making high-performing, highly successful organizations better.  My successes are based on serving my teams by looking into the future to remove roadblocks enabling the average and high-performing teams the freedom to strive to greater heights.
